ABOUT ME

Nice to meet you. My name is Raya Tslaf Kolodkin. I'm glad you reached my site, Raya Clinic.
Do you also dream of feeling good on the inside and looking good on the outside?
In my experience, it's a common dream for most people, and it could very well be your reality.
I believe that the optimal way to best heal is through personalized treatment
that combines Natural and Western (conventional) medicine together and that the change for the better starts from within!

"Let food be thy medicine and let thy medicine be food," said Hippocrates, the father of Western medicine.
That perception was also adopted by Maimonides and was part of his teachings as a doctor and a scientist. This is also my teaching and it's my credo and it's the method by which I work in my unique clinic.

For many years, I had a burning desire to learn and apply natural healing as a complementary (alternative) medicine, so I went to study naturopathy as a hobby. But I soon understood that this is what I want to do as a profession and as a way of life and not just as a hobby.
The Remedia formula affair served as a trigger, without doubt. Think for a moment: a lack of just one vitamin in the formula caused an unprecedented health disaster.

At my clinic in Tel Aviv, and today via Zoom also, I treat a wide variety of health problems with a personalized approach.

My specialty:

Digestive problems: constipation, diarrhea, cautery, distended stomach, gases, Crohn's disease, colitis, Candida, nausea, indigestion, IBS, inflammation and recurrent gastrointestinal infections, diaphragmatic hernia and more.

Weight problems due to illness, overweight and underweight, building a personal plan.

Diabetes type 2 and Gestational Diabetes: prevention, balancing, treatment and prevention of diabetes complications.

Additional services: cholesterol treatment, sleep problems, chronic headaches, allergies and food intolerance, immune system strengthening.

— My method is based on a careful examination of the patient's health, through a focused naturopathic questioning of a medical problem or a general naturopathic question and a review of extended laboratory tests done at the HMO or elsewhere.

I also pay a lot of attention to getting to know the patient and adapting the program to his lifestyle and his credo, emphasis on career, family and dietary preferences, such as veganism, paleo and more, as well as hobbies. All of this in conjunction with the patient's health status, family illness history, etc.

When is it important to come to me? When should you seek treatment at my clinic?

1.  When you haven't received a  response to the issue
2. When there is no prescription drug for the problem (for example, fatigue, IBS , fatty liver, etc.
3. In situations where it is possible and desirable to combine medical treatment and natural treatment: diabetes, Crohn's disease, colitis, diaphragmatic hernia, recurrent infections and inflammations, etc.
4. In situations where we want to avoid the use of drugs, situations where there is a lot of patients' awareness of the side effects of a particular drug, such as cholesterol drugs.
5. When there is willingness and desire to try natural treatment.
6. When you want to lose weight and have a chronic illness and/or other medical conditions in the background.
7. When you want to prevent a recurrence of a health problem. As you know, modern medicine does not currently address the prevention of disease.

If you fit into one of the definitions mentioned, I lovingly invite you to join my clinic for diagnosis, focused advice and guidance, to prevent disease, and treat and relieve your struggle with chronic diseases.
You will find accompaniment and guidance throughout the treatment until the goal is reached.

What should you expect during treatment?

Most of my patients mention that they begin to receive compliments even before reaching their final goal in therapy. This is because the balance they reach as a result of adapting the program to their individual needs results in rapidly visible results.

My patients who adopt the program maintain the target weight and/or optimal health over time.

Formal training and education

Graduated from Mediteva College, certified in Nutrition Therapy, Naturopaths Herbal Medicine, Bach Flowers and Aromatherapy, Healthy Lifestyle Consultant. Holds a B.Sc. degree in Food Engineering Sciences and Biotechnology from the Technion.

Practical experience

I have years of experience in alternative (complementary) medicine.
In the field of healing, I combine the principles of natural healing and naturopathy, with the science and technology of food for the benefit of the patient, including decades of experience in nutrition and food on all levels, as well as functional food.

My treatment method is based on the three sides that make up the "triangle of success" of the treatment:
RESTART, REBALANCE and REVIVE.

THE BOTTOM LINE! Don't let disease disrupt your life!

After a few sessions with me, and sometimes a focused consultation of one meeting, you will feel good on the inside and look good on the outside. Start getting your compliments long before you reach your goal – ask my patients.

To schedule an appointment and contact me, you are welcome to call or leave your details. Wishing you good health.
Yours sincerely,
Raya.
